Overview
Dinosaur Coloring Pages respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website without permission, you may file a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information:
Required Information
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including:
- Title of the work
- Copyright registration number (if applicable)
- Description of the work
- Identification of the infringing material on our website, including:
- Specific URL(s) where the material appears
- Description of where the material is located on the page
- Your contact information, including:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable)
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
- Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notice
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content from users who have received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.
